Recently, FCA USA LLC announced that Tuttle-Click's Tustin Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram was one of the dealership's to have earned the Customer First Award for Excellence for 2018, marking us among the elite Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram and FIAT dealerships in America.

Like us, all other dealers chosen to receive the award have achieved the highest level of customer experience recognition in five vital areas: People, Facility, Processes, Customer Performance Metrics, and Training Certification. By delivering the top sales and service experiences to our valued customers, we've been able to show that operating our business in the right way is the right thing to do.

In a press release, Reid Bigland, Head of U.S. Sales, remarked, "The fact that our Customer First Award for Excellence dealers demonstrated this level of excellence in such a highly competitive market demonstrates their drive to be the best of the best. Launched in 2015, this program was created in conjunction with J.D. Power, FCA US, and the dealer partners, as a method to focus on improving customer satisfaction with Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, and FIAT dealers across the United States. The number of dealers receiving awards increases with each passing year, proving the value of maintaining focus on customer satisfaction throughout the dealership.
